Boycott leaders petition District Court to block injunction

Boycott leaders submit a petition in U. S. District Court for an injunction and a restraining order to block the city commissioners' move for an injunction aganist the car pool. Later that night Montogomery city authorities deliver a petition asking Judge Carter of the Montgomery Circuit Court for an injunction to halt the MIA car pool.
