Driving Directions to Cypress Hall D

From Highway 101 (North and South)

Take the Embarcadero Road exit west toward Stanford. At El Camino Real, Embarcadero becomes Galvez Street. Continue on Galvez Street to Campus Drive. Turn right on Campus Drive and continue past the Medical Center. Turn left on Via Palou, which turns into Via Ortega. The parking structure is to your right, after a series of modulars-- one of which is Cypress Hall D.

From Highway 280

From the north: Exit Sand Hill Road east toward Stanford. Continue downhill and turn right on Stock Farm Road. Turn left at Campus Drive West, take the second right into Jordan Way, and make a left into Via Ortega. The parking structure is to your immediate left after entering Via Ortega.

From the south: Exit Alpine Road toward Portola Valley. Turn right on Alpine, a slight right on Junipero Serra Boulevard. Turn left at Campus Drive West, turn right into Jordan Way, and make a left into Via Ortega. The parking structure is to your immediate left after entering Via Ortega.

Public Transit

From Caltrain

Take Caltrain to the Palo Alto exit. Once there, head toward the southbound platform toward the Marguerite (free Stanford shuttle service) stop. Take A Line to the Via Ortega/Serra Mall stop, thenwalk back, cross the road, and you should see a series of modulars, one of which is Cypress Hall D. Alternatively, take B Line counter-clockwise to Via Ortega/Panama. Once there, walk back toward the series of modulars-- one of which should be the King Institute.

From VTA/SamTrans

Exit at the Palo Alto Transit Center. Once there, walk to the end of the roundabout, then follow the left road until you reach the Marguerite (free Stanford shuttle service) stop. Take A Line to the Via Ortega/Serra Mall stop, thenwalk back, cross the road, and you should see a series of modulars, one of which is Cypress Hall D. Alternatively, take B Line counter-clockwise to Via Ortega/Panama. Once there, walk back toward the series of modulars-- one of which should be the King Institute.
