On the 16th and 17th of July, the Martin Luther King, Jr., Research and Education Institute at Stanford University hosted its first annual international conference to discuss goals of global peace with social justice in a sustainable environment. The conference featured prominent experts and social activists including Dorothy Cotton, Vincent Harding, Mary King, Eric Mann, Michael Nagler, Kiran Bir Sethi, and Clayborne Carson.
